The Theatre District’s new karaoke lounge, Viva Karaoke Studios, can host up to 113 people across its main stage area and 4 unique rooms. The rooms themselves look like something out of an Austin Powers movie, with futuristic silver castings, custom LED lighting and scarlet upholstery.
Viva’s atmosphere is ideal for an intimate karaoke night with a large group. There are currently four room options to pick from. Each room includes a screen for lyrics, multiple mics, and language options should you want to sing in Spanish, Korean, or any other language! Rates and capacity vary for each room:
Viva Karaoke is part of the Wong Guys franchise group. If you’re familiar with Stage Karaoke in Allston, then you’ve already sung the night away at a Wong Guys studio. Viva is the second karaoke location to open within the Wong Guys franchise, and new locations are already under way.
Day and Night menu
Singing is quite the workout, and Viva offers up refreshments to quench your vocal cords and tapas for fuel. The menu focuses on Japanese flavors served tapas style.
Munch on crispy fried Japanese oysters, Takoyaki, or shrimp tempura. Vegetarian options include classic fries, sweet potato truffle fries and fried gyoza.
The Wong Guys businesses are no stranger to Boston. While this is their first karaoke venture in Boston, they already have multiple hospitality establishments in Mass. since incorporation in 2009. WakuWaku Ramen and Han Bistro & Lounge are both part of the Wong Guys hospitality group.
